Delivery Policy

Digital services only. OffCoder doesn't ship physical goods. Access to features is granted instantly upon successful payment.
1. What we deliver
OffCoder is a software-as-a-service product. We do not ship physical items. Your purchase grants:
- Subscriptions (Pro, BYOK, etc.) — access to AI features and cloud-runtime allowances on the OffCoder Android app.
- Credit packs — integer credits added to your account wallet, spendable on cloud runs and limited hosted-service slots.
2. When access starts
Access is granted automatically when our payment processor (Razorpay) confirms the payment. In practice this is:
- Subscriptions: promptly after Razorpay confirms the payment, typically within a minute (UPI confirmations occasionally take 30–60 seconds longer than card confirmations). Sign in to the Android app or visit your account page to confirm. If features don't unlock within 5 minutes, pull-to-refresh on the App's account screen (or reload the account page on the website); the backend re-syncs entitlements on demand.
- Credit packs: promptly after Razorpay confirms the payment, on the same timing as subscriptions. Credits appear under Account → Wallet.
3. No physical shipment
We do not ship physical media, hardware, or paperwork. There is nothing to track, no shipping carrier, and no shipping address required at checkout.
4. Service availability
Once delivered, your access continues until:
- Subscriptions: the end of the current paid period (after cancellation), or expiry/non-renewal.
- Credits: depleted by usage, refunded by us in a defect case, or until your account is deleted. Credits do not expire while your account is active (per Refund Policy §4).
5. Failure to deliver
If your payment was captured but the corresponding access didn't appear within 30 minutes, contact support@offcoder.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We resolve delivery failures within 3 business days — typically a manual credit grant, sometimes a refund per our Refund Policy.
6. International delivery
Service is delivered globally over the internet, subject to the eligibility restrictions in our Terms of Service §2 (in particular, age and sanctions-list restrictions). Local laws may further restrict access to certain features in certain jurisdictions; we comply with sanctions lists and regional data-protection laws.
7. Prices and taxes
All prices displayed at checkout are stated exclusive of applicable taxes. Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added at the prevailing rate at the moment of checkout for Indian users. For users outside India, applicable VAT, sales tax, or other indirect taxes are added based on the country of supply. Full tax handling — including TDS / withholding-tax mechanics — is described in Terms of Service §8.3.
